Default Limit holdem

How To Play Limit Texas holdem.
In Limit texas holdem there are two bets. For this example we are going to say the bets are $1 and $2. There are four rounds of betting, the first two are at the lower bets of $1 and the third and fourth round are the higher bet of $2.
Before any play begins a small and big blind needs to be posted. The big blind is the full bet of the first round of betting $1. The small blind id half the first bet, so 50c. The small blind is always left of the dealer, and the big blind is left of the small blind. The blinds are a very important part of the game; it gives the other players who have not posted any money yet something to play for.
The dealer will deal you two cards face down, these cards are called hole or down cards. Then the first round of betting will start. The person after the big blind has three options fold, call or raise. To fold is to throw your cards away so you are no longer in this hand of cards. To call is to match the $1 blind and to raise is to bet more. In this round if you were to raise the amount of your raise goes up in $1 increments to the max of three raises. Which mean the most one person can put in is $4 their first $1 bet, and 3 more raise bets. If it is not raised at all then the small blind only needs to put in 50c to make their 50c already in the pot to $1 and the big blind can just check which means they do not add any more money into the pot because they have already added there $1 before the cards were dealt.
Next comes the flop, three cards are dealt face up in the middle of the table. Often known as community cards. Then comes the second round of betting. Your option of betting is fold, check, or raise. If there is no bet before you and you have a poor hand, you might as well check rather than fold as it is costing you nothing and the next card dealt might help your hand. The pot can be raised four times to the max of $4 per person in $1 bet increments.
Then comes the turn or Fourth Street. A forth card is dealt onto the table before another round of betting. This time the minimum bet has double to $2 and as in the last round you can raise as many as four times in $2 bet increments. So the max one person will bet into the pot is $8.
The last round of betting takes place after the fifth card is dealt onto the table. This card is called the river or fifth street. The betting in this round is the same as the last at $2 levels.
After this round of betting the remaining players show there cards from the button round. The winning hand wins the pot.
